    [Error Code] ineo +224e abort code

    Sorry, new to this machine. Have just unpacked a new one in the warehouse and am getting cf902 abort code. Have checked connections to mfb and tried resetting code but with no success. Has anyone had this code? Is the board faulty? Is there anything else i should check?

      manual mentions a open IPC13 will generate this code...protection from the temp/humidity sensor. You should replace both the sensor and the MFP board. Emujo

          hi, have now replaced sensor and board at same time but still have the same code! any ideas?
