      i mean the service manual say this:
      It will not be displayed when the following setting shows that authentication device or vendor is mounted.
      [Service Mode]
      [Billing Setting] [Management Function Choice]
      (It will be displayed when the key counter is mounted.)

      BUT IS NOT DISPLAYED; ITS NOT ENABLED...
