    C6500 With Fiery IC-408 weak blacks

    C6500 Fiery crashed! Installed new HDD, new processor, and processor fan, system code V2 all security patches and more applied. Ran color calibration using ES1000. Color is good but blacks using K only are very weak. Blacks generated from main body are great. Tried adjusting different setting can make it better but not good. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

      Changed cable between copier and IC problem disappeared and came back after about 5 prints, changed interface board in IC and problem solved re calibrated and had customer test with their jobs. Everybody is happy.
