    [Error Code] Bizhub C65HC same as C6500/6501

    Guys machine started giving me an error C1325 which is not in the service manual.. It was running #100 text gloss (146 gsm coated gloss digital) duplex... Any idea anyone?

      If you have the field service handbook then you have the answer in you hands. It is in the trouble code section under the c-1325 error code. It is an issue with your RU-504.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Mr. Spock, what is RU-504 please? I am looking at SM and there are titles "Theory of operation of ......"
          There is no RU-504...
          Machine has a Finisher and Relay Unit, no LCC attached...
          If you know more about please advice.

              My bad, i was looking at Bizhub Press C6000 lline SM, Yes in Bizhub c65hc SM there is an error code + explanation. Thank you for pointing me in right direction.
