Re: Failed to Complete Job
just checking how well do you know KM copiers?
Could of sworn if you open job details in the history it gives more info than that
id be confirming it can ping the server. if your using host name try pinging from copier using that, or if your using IP address use that.Comment

Re: Failed to Complete Job
Assuming you are correct and nothing has changed on the MFP side, it's going to be 1 of three things
1. Server connect error. The MFP cannot connect to the host machine. This could be due to the host name, or IP address has changed.
2. Log in failure. The MFP can see the target folder, but either the username/password has changed, or the permissions for that account no longer allow access to the folder
3. No Specified folder. The MFP can connect to the host, credentials are correct, but the target folder has been moved, or deleted.
If I was doing the call and the problem was one of these items, I would be billing for my time to correct it. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.Comment
