I have a NEC Vivid Office 2020(Konica-Minolta) that has developed a C-2152 error code. Is that most commonly caused by the retraction sensor (PS6), the retraction clutch (CL3), or the PRCB? I found a technical bulletin on this site that refers to the same error, except on bizhub models C203/C253/C353. Would the troubleshooting instructions on that bulletin be the same on my machine?
