bizhub 20 faxing question. again

different machine. same kind of deal. if we fax 2 original it usually goes a packet will not. it says ng pooor line condition. out of memory. but today it wont jam or anything. it takes usually one or two in. then all of the sudden it just stops. and throws out a transmission report. with a stack still in the df. the customer thought the feed tire assy was having a problem. because it pops back up but there may be more to it then that. any ideas? thanks

ps. are these machines not a real good choice for faxing? seem to be a great machine. but now I am curious

These machines are made by Brother. 'nuff said. They are not the best piece of equipment you will have the pleasure of working on.
