Communication issue between circuit boards.
Check all connections on PRCB and ADU board. Disconnect LCT. If these are unsuccessful it is time to start replacing boards. PRCB would be the likely culprit.
Was anything done on the machine prior to this code appearing. In my experience a lot of these "communiation codes" are TIFF faults (Tech induced faults)Comment

iam facing these code one time in konica minolta 950 mchine
for ur error c-0010 first u check in your machine is their the CF (compact flash) card other wise these problem will occur..Comment
