I cant access service mode.
I get to password screen, and have tried passwords 00000000,12345678,& 92729272.
No other problems. I can enter admin. mode fine. Any ideas?

Try going in through trouble reset (don't touch OK, just do the key sequence for service). The CE password may pop up, if the default password doesn't work then you will probably need to replace NVRAM. Emujo

if this is another service agents machine you have taken over, most likley they have changed the CE password.

If they wont tell you what it is, you will have to initialize the NVRAM, assuming you have access to the appropriate KM support website for your country you can download the tool and instructions there.

If you are an end user just trying to reset your fuser or transfer belt to save a few dollars, your shit outta luck.
