    CF Card Issue

    What card ( Brand ) can be support for upgrade firmware ?

    it's not so much the card, but to keep the B&W/Color cards separate. 256m cards work fine, but if the card has ever been used to flash a B&W mfp then the format structure will prevent it from being used on a color MFP. Use Windows to paste the files on your B&W MFPs, and the firmware toolkit to process the color cards. Emujo

      Well, the card's size/brand/type matters indeed - I had two different 128Mb Kingston cards, one worked, the other one didn't. I believe it has to do with the card's speed.

        I stand by my post..I have a laptop bag full of CF cards, they all are different brands and they all work as long as I don't mix the B&W/Color cards up. You may have a card that is defective, but I think that can happen with any card. Emujo
