    its C451 again ... copying issue

    hi guys

    bizhub c451 is giving following copy (its like half unfused toner on the paper)

    but print comes out fine ?

    and can some one pls send me a service manual for c451

    ok now its in the print as well

    but its only the black color that seems too be effected

      black imaging unit failure, for reasons mentioned a thousand times before.

        thats what i suspected, so i removed the black IU and saw same toner/dev!! rolling on the drum, cleaned it and slide it back in

        now its working fine again!

        except of the paper ejection gear!

          Cleaning excess Dev off the drum will only be a temporary fix - it will come back and will most certainly affect c/q, you will need to replace the unit. There is a mod bulletin for the k drum as well that you can find on the km site
