Konica C6500 error code C-DOEF

I ahve this code C-DOEF on my Konica C6500 machine. Anyone seen this before? Please help

Book says C-D0EF (that is a ZERO or ZED not a letter "O")

IF YOU WANT HELP GET YOUR CODES RIGHT or supply pictures....

ERROR MEANS....

Hard disk/K (HDD/K), /C (HDD/

C), /M (HDD/M), /Y (HDD/Y) disconnected.

Otherwise, either

broken or during initialization.

Are you sure Hard Drives are installed? if not check...

If they are not installed or someone pulled them to sell on EBAY....
Set DipSW 2, Bit 0 to 0 - this will disable Hard drives and allow machine to work...

I would check for a loose wire check for a bad connector, lots of small wires on that board and it can come loose during transport or just use (vibration).
