I work as a service engineer and have implemented a RemotePanel server to support our customers remote.
One problem that I recently discovered, is that when I log into clients with a third party panel application like "Safe-Q", that icon dissapears from both the clients display on the physicial machine, and from the Remote Panel Client application.
When I log out from the Remote Panel Client, the icon reappears!
Is there some kind of permission or other setting I have missed?
