hello
i have problem in the power supply of di620.it produces only 24 volts dc and 5 volts dc.when we try to get other voltages like +15 ,-15 and 38 volts ,24 volts disappear.machine doesnt turn on because of this fault.i have tried my best to remove this problem but all in vain.i have checked almost all major components,all are ok.i have changed small transistors like A114 and C114.please help me in this regard thanks a lot

I believe you need to change the power supply. Unless you have testing equipment, you will not have much luck trying to repair.
