Konica 7022 Error F-52-3

Hello,

Currently have a issue with one of our copiers. It will work fine for a while but then randomly come up with Error:F-52-3 to call 1.800.456.5664.

If you reboot the copier the error goes away then it works fine for a while, but then eventually it will prompt the error again. I did some researching and cannot find much out about this error code?

Any ideas?

Well, literally right after posting this I found another website stating its the DC power supply fan. Is this something we can order and install or do we need a Konica tech to come out?

i don't think you can get parts for that machine anymore... i may be wrong though
