Printing problem BizHub C20

Hello,

I have BH C20 and when send print job machin get print job then nothing get out. In display light PRINT: Printing red light ON but nothing print.
Copy and Scan function work fine.

I tray from win8 with pcl6 driver with network and USB connection and also with win xp.
Printer recive printing job but nothing print out. Machin starting some proces and then just display PRINTER: Printing.
All other work fine.

I have no experience with W8 and am not intended to acquire so for at least three years to come. However, are you able to test the machine with a notebook with let's say W7 or even XP? Just to see if the functionality of the MFP is there or not? I still feel it could be a driver issue.

I will tray also with XP and Win7 with network and usb connection but no Luck.

Can you generate internal prints such as the configuration list?

Machin print all other lists and copy too. Yesterday in some point start printing from all computer and OS ( XP, Win7, Win8 ) also scaning, copy. But vhen shut dovn and one more time switch ON now dont print. Now just copy, scan and printing lists and reports but when print from computer display PRINTER: Printing and thats all. And also if connect to USB also don t work.

If a printjob has been send to the machine and only "Printing" is shown without further reaction, can you call up the web interface by entering the IP address in a web browser?
