Konica Minolta C252 Not printing magenta - says the toner is full and it is

This 252C has had two different magenta toners installed but it is not printing the magenta. (He thought it was the toner so he ordered another one but the problem remained.) I have not been to the customer site yet but I am thinking it is a clogged line or a failing pump. Could anyone tell me if they have seen this before and what might be the issue? I am assuming the toner is ok but will check it also. Is there a service mode where I can cheat the door and see if it is dumping magenta or not? Thanks.

    Probably a bad imaging unit.

Yes, thanks, it was the imaging unit - I turned the shaft and the drum would not turn, it was frozen from sitting a long time with no usage. Customer will order a new one and install.
