C220 producing fake prints and copies

Hi all
my name is Brian and i was working on
a printer c220 biz hub and it produces a test page like
the attachment. customer told me that it just happened
when he empted the waste toner box.
i tried to stablize but no change, changed Drums,checked for
loose connection but failed.some help

Hi Brian

check the printout if it looks like smearing or like "pixels"?
if you can see any pixels/squares then check, RAM and PWB.

if it looks like smearing check transferbelt, drive to put out the waste toner...
New belts have a modification for better transport the waste toner.

have a look in the cleaner part of ibt, maybe toner in the tube is hard like stone.

mfp board.

common fault that will come and go untill you change the board.

it was probably just the act of closing the door that vibrated the failing solder joint under one of the ic's enough to render it useless.

I have a C280 that gives a grey square in the background of all prints, copies and internal memory prints. The grey square looks pixelated.
Any Ideas?

We have c360 with problem of image belt life time does not go beyond 50k giving one side of the print faint especially on thick paper.
