KM C6500 with Creo IC-304 - virtual printer problem

I have a problem with the creo (KM bizhub c6500)

ic-304 v2.1

there are no virtual printer installed (ressource center - virtual printer)
i can't ADD some new.
normally there are 3 virtual printer installed (print - store - process)

when i send a print job, the print job is not in the creo-software, so i can't print anything. (All print job who is in the STORE i can print)

I have reinstalled the software (ic304 v2.1), but it does not work.

can someone help me please?

with a backupfile *.cng (Ressource Center - Backup & Restore)
the virtual printer is now available.

Good day! I have a problem that does not start Creo ic-304 with the km6501 printer. Wanted to update Creo on new versions 2.1, but does not run it. The chief asked that to reinstall windows XP, and so did. still not running CREO. Even removed BACKUP. and I don't have a CREO installation disk with windows XP.
