BizHub Pro 1050 46-14 code

Have worked on a BHP-1050 for several time and did not achieve resolve this malfunction.
When a misfeed or a paperjam occur, the machine makes a crazy free run for a while and then shows a 46-14 code.
I can't anderstand what is happenig.
any help will be accepted. Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys,
the Problem was switch 12-02, it disables the jam detection.

Thank you guys but SOLENOID MOUNTING PLATE was not in the right place, and all paper was going directly to the finisher, without writing the second side. after mounting SOLENOID MOUNTING PLATE in the right place everything was OK. Ilon

What is the location of the SOLENOID MOUNTING PLATE you are referring to
