KM C6500 - print job failed - PS

Hello,

my problem:

KM C6500 with Creo IC-304 v2.1

if i send a PDF / Word ect. (without a graphics), the print job is sucessful,
but if i send a print job (PDF WITH GRAPHICS) the job is failed during processing.
The print job moved to the storage (TYP PS not RTP)

has someone any idea?
