KM 420-501 why do they puke toner and developer?

I can see a KM 500 that hasn't been serviced in two years and it's clean as a whistle.

Others constantly puke out toner and developer, getting all over clutches, T&S units and even into the cassettes.

I know the soft drum pads fall apart, I know recycled toner can back up in the IU and the blades aren't great.

But even after addressing these issues I still get crap all over.

    Kinda like the 600-750 dumping.

    Thoughts?

      #1 cause is shit paper

incorrect setup will do it too.

it suffers in exactly the same manner as a b601/751.

I see a lot of misting on these.... but none pulling developer. And of course they did away with the T/S cleaner on these (not that anyone would use it)

Well every time i do pm on 400/421/500/501 I see toner build up on mylarian strip that protects developin roller.
I saw it on new machines whit 20 K so don't think its related whit how much copy it did. From there it goes evrywhere
Dont know why but someone suggested that on this forum that adjustment of "Toner density adjustment" should fix the problem. In my case it didn't help. Mybe in urs will.
