    Bizhub c360 Service mode

    Well.
    i got the error code C-C211.
    i know is related to a problem with the HDD
    i need to enter in service mode to format the hdd
    anybody knows how to enter in service mode?

    I`ll apreciate it very much

              Get a tech to come out and do it that is trained on Minolta / Develop products.
