    [Error Code] Error Code C-13D5 on Older Model CF-2002

    Good Morning

    If anyone has had any experience with this
    ERROR CODE C-13D5 please point me in the right direction.
    Is it a consumables error?

      There is a problem somewhere between the cyan printhead, the LED drive board, the PWB-IO and the PWB-PIC. Either the connections or one of the boards is bad.
