My kmbc550 can not copy/print out black color
I HAVE KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C550 PRINTING ONE SIDE HALF BLACK AND THE OTHER COLOR IS PRINTING WELL,I MEAN THE REMAINING COLOR CYAN,MAGENTA AND YELLOW IS PRINTING WELL,IS THERE ANYBODY CAN TELL ME THE SOLUTION PLEASE and it make noisy each time the machine is coping or printing out,is there anybody can help me out of this problem I have attached the printout in this message for your reference to see ,how the copy document is printing out from the kmbc550 machine is printout and also i need the service manual/REPAIR MANUAL of this machine KMBC550.
