Good morning.. what could be the possible cause why my konica 7055 is always jamming paper on its drum section, whenever I open the front door to remove the paper, it is always at the same position were the paper is being caught by one of the metal picking finger of the drum assembly. thanks!

remove the drum unit and disassemble everything.
once you have it all apart start cleaning the bits for those picker fingers.
they usually stick if things are dirty or the solenoid is on its way out.$hit Happens - Deal with it and move on.....................................sigpic....................................Lock & Load -
