hi.....konicaminolta bh c10 when i turn the power on displaying Please wait...the control panel doesn't work....what is wrong with this machine??
is there any solution gentlmen??...thanks

Hi, you will see that the scanner lamp is orange or faded on one edge, replace the CDC unit, easy to do, this will sort out your fault.

I have seen this error several times.
Mostly,problem was in the lamp but few times lamp was ok but flat cable from ccd to mainboard was damaged with same simptoms like yours.
