KM Bizhub C652 hangs up

HI

I have a problem with Bizhub C652 copier hp. It is the time of the controller IC-412. From time to time crashes, one print comes out, and the rest is in the print queue and printer status 'offline'. When I turn off the copier and I turn on again, the rest of the print from queue prints. And one more thing, for example, to print the configuration of the controller, the bizhub has the IP address 192.168.5.44 and 192.168.5.45 machine. After entering the IP controller shows the controller configuration page, and after entering the IP machines to the shows page with the configuration of the controller. A should be the side of the device configuration (setting scans, etc.) Please help me how to fix it.

Set ic412 factory default setting.

I did it. I installed new software to Ic412. And don't help. ;-/

Do you have one or two cables going to the wall.
If one then the ip address should start with a 172. ip address.
Also is the ic set to pull an address for the machine? If so this could be the issue. It pulls the next one higher then the ic for the machine. If the machine has the next higher and the ic has the next higher then 2 machines have the same ip and that will cause print issues.

From ic412 goes to machine, and from machine goes to wall.

Machine have two ip, i checked it from laptop, no machine have the same ip.

If your MFP has a static IP of 192.168.x.x, then you should be using the 2 Ethernet line setup, Obtain IP from engine should be off in the controller config. The controller should not have the x-over cable running to the MFP. Emujo
