can not get LDAP to connect

    [Error Code] can not get LDAP to connect

    I am trying to get the LDAP set up for a Bizhub C224. Every time i try to connect i get a error code 49. Was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on my problem

      Check your credentials....
      • Failed to log in to the LDAP server.

          I have compared them to our bizhub c652 and they are the same. And the LDAP works fine for that printer. Any other ideas?
