    KM BZ 1250 error code C 1294....(HM 102)

    hello people ..any help ???

    Printer Biz1250p with error code C1294

    This code is about HM 102 instaled into the RU509
    I have the service manual.... -tested every boards In RU and HM and maintain the error..
    I tested the whole unit in another machine ,and the error comes again..

    any information ???

      Hi,
      i haven't had much experience with this unit, however.
      I know there is a mechanical adjustment (outlined in the installation manual) that must be done to correctly align the pressure rollers in the humidifier unit. Conduct this adjustment and see if this resolves your problem.

          Is the HM new, I'm wondering if maybe it's DOA out of the box. If you installed it into two known good RU-509s and experience the same error, either your missing a step somewhere during install or it's dead.

          I know that there a set of dip switches on the RU-509 board that need to be set correctly.
          9. DIPSW Setting(1) Set DIPSW1-4 to ON.
          Note:
          Do not touch other switches.
