Hello, I have the same problem on 2 similar machines.
The 4 drawer of these 2 machines do not work anymore but it seems like a mechanical problem.
We tried to change that whole drawer is the engine block and lifting.
C650 also on the electronic board connected to the engine but nothing.
Has anyone had this problem on these models?
