konica 250 fax problem

installed a used bizhub 250 monday. fax worked fine first 2 days then they no longer recieved any. tried from a office next door and i could hear 250 beep when they sent it but nothing came out of machine. the cofirmation report on other end says fax was sent successfully. i noticed that machine says 97% memory. could it be storing faxes in memory and if so why did it just start doing that and how do i change it so that it prints them out instead of storing them if thats whats going on. thank you for any advice i do get dial tone when i go off hook

Is it looking for a specific size of paper to print the faxes on?

Make sure fax forwarding isnt turned on. Been a while since I set it up on this model. But if it is set to not print the fax even when a fax forward fails you might see this behavior. Though if set to print report on tx failure you would see a report print from a fax forward failure.
