C550 Jam indicator at Paper Exit

I have a C550 with very low mileage (15k, Show room). I have a jam indicator at screen at paper exit (In service mode it shows as "1"). Replaced Paper exit sensor at the right side door but jam is still there. Please help me to find out what I am missing.

Try cleaning/replacing the one way clutch at the turnover/exit section

Hello,

do you have upgraded the firmware?
There normally is a black cover on the sensor, is this cover still there?

make sure that the exit sensor actuator is working correctly, it can stick in the operated position or not swing back far enough if the sensor mount is bent!

Tnx Marco, I don't know if the firmware was upgraded. Black cover is there as well.

make sure that the exit sensor actuator is working correctly, it can stick in the operated position or not swing back far enough if the sensor mount is bent!

I push the sensor while kept the side door open and then swing the flag that goes in sensor but it did not change. It is swinging freely. Home position as I see. Flag stays between Sensor.

Did you also changed the photo interrupter?
The same interrupters are in the LCT's.
You can take them for testing.
