[Jamming] Bizhub 421 jamming out of tray 1 only

BH 421 558K We have a problem child machine , we have replaced the feed roller, clutches, drive clutch registration assembly and still have jamming out of tray 1 only. Swapped tray one with tray 2 and still jamming out of tray1, trays 2,3,4 run fine.
Running out of thoughts. Suggestions?

Dumb answer:

Maybe wrong paper? Had the same mistake on a bizhub 250. All other trays were working fine except tray 1.
We changed everything also the door. Finally it was bad paper.

When its feed from tray 2 - 3 there are black rollers which help to transport the paper to the drum. Tray 1 has no black rollersover the feeding rollers i think.

When its feed from tray 2 - 3 there are black rollers which help to transport the paper to the drum. Tray 1 has no black rollersover the feeding rollers i think.

When you say clutches, does that include the 1 way bearings next to the feed and sep rollers? Will it feed at all? Does it stop while pulling paper, or leave it in the tray?

We changed the mag clutches and tray 1 feed section out, the paper feeds to the transport guide and stops.

Did you remove the gear pack that sits behind tray 1 and change that clutch. The one you have to remove the by pass and both tray feeds to get to? That gear pack has about 2mm of slip in the screw holes, and must be pushed all the way up to work.

I will check with one of our other techs he had taken that out .

check one more time e-rings and c-rings,whether are on right place

when you say you replaced all those clutches. did you take the back pannel off. unplug unscrew and remove the first tray clutch? ask your tech that. there is a clutch in an assembly that gets overlooked because it is a pain to remove. along with that. the shaft needs replaces with that kind of a meter. let us know
