NVRam restore tool C352

Hello,
I need the NVRam restore firmware ,if someone could help me for BH C352 20070301_9J06-F000-Gcn-G4-000(00)_CHECKSUM-66AA.EXE,I only have 4037 and 4038
The Hour Glass screen freeze,the customer had an power break...this manifestation was before but after some Power Cycles become Ready.Now don't start even after 15 cycles,is a bad thing.Maybe I can save it unless change NVRam.

OK,problem solved,update to Phase 3.03,made all instalation procedure and works fine.
