Uneven print on C70hc

Hi all,
its uneven print is very common occur on Km production machine?
Recently i face a lot uneven issues on km production machine even thought the machine is totally brand new.Most of the uneven issue is on yellow color.Once i print grey color,on the top side is remain grey but the bottom side became yellowish.Anyone can provide me the solution for this issue,because i tried a lot solution from troubleshooting guide or from forum but still does't improved.Thanks

First check your charge wire be sure that it's sitting in it's shell properly, next I believe on that model there is a front to back density adjustment the key op can do from the touch screen.
