konica bizhub 350 chargen grid adj.

hi I made the mistake of resetting drum count and now get black streaks. is there a way to adjust the charge grid voltage. I know the drum and developer should be changed as a set but am at customers and don't have these things and thought if I could adjust the grid voltage I could take care of it. thanks
