    ineo +35/BH C35

    Good Day,

    I have a BH c35 or ineo +35,
    printing is okey, but copying is a problem..
    after pressing start button, it takes 30-50 seconds for the machine to start scanning and copying.
    then it will copy..
    will repeat everytime i photocopy.
    i have already updated firmware to the latest one, but still the same..

    any suggestions guys? or comments will be greatly appreciated.

      This funny phenomenon might happen with a bad IU reset chip type - dunno if someone chipped your machine though.

          My guess... It's the optical unit... The scanner lamp will fail after a long on time... Did it have any 9401 codes yet? (uncategorizable in event log)..
