I search for usb card readers rfideas loadable drivers, i have the version for bizhub c284 series and it works well,
But not for the "e" series.

I have some additionnal informations,
It seems that the filename is :a5c10y0-a831-g20-00.exe
we don't see it in our support ftp in europe, do you have it?
