[Misc] AU-211P driver install on BizHub C454e

I'm trying to install a driver on a c454e but for some reason the machine is not detecting the driver. I've already tried different USB drives, different drivers for different devices to see if the machine can even detect that driver ( able to see driver btw), upgraded and tried different fw versions but still it is unable to see the driver for the machine. A few techs have also tried their ways on installing but no luck as well.

I wanted to add that we are using the AU211P SCR3310 V2.0 (p/n 905057)

any ideas or suggestions that I can try?

You should be using A5C10Y0-A400-G00-01, extract this file to the root of the USB drive. Insert the usb into the slot next to the control panel. Service mode SYS 2 driver install. I attached the instructions for you. Emujo
