Bizhub C 350 Not printing yellow

Dear all
I have a printer Bizhub c350 its not printing yellow at all
I have checked the yellow imaging unit by putting another IU
but It failed.some help

The yellow print head is either bad or has a poor connection. It is a little bit of work to get to. The color print heads are interchangeable so you can swop them to see if your problem moves to another color.

Also make sure toner is actually getting into the IU. Defeat the front door interlock switch then try pulling the yellow IU charge wire cleaner out half way any see if you get any yellow on your page.

Kind of wondering now if toner did not get added to the dev unit you would probably get a TCR error code.

Dear all thanks for the advice. Now I wanted to remove
the print head(laser unit) and see but I have never removed it,
does any one know how to remove it and gives me any directions or if
possible the illustrations(diagrams). thanks
