Konica Minolta C550 half fold problem

Hi,

When I want to print and fold the folder unit give me another unwanted folding. The finisher is FS-608, The machine is Konica minolta C550.
Have somebody some idea where is the problem?

Couple things to try. At the bottom inside the finisher folding section, the round green knob which turns the grey folding roller.... get some selsol or whatever cleaner and clean the roller good.

With the folder section pulled out, there are two metal tabs (just above the portion where you can push down on the magnetic door in front of the big grey roller) these adjust the paper folding screw. I think they can move back and forth or a bit side to side. My tech just pointed that one out the other day. Not sure if that'll help you. Good luck.

what is thickness setting at ᤾?

Should be set at 3 or less.
