pagescope web connection

Hi,

I have been trying to log onto the pagescope web connection this morning and have been unable to get on, in the url I get the following 192.168.1.245/wdc/index.html and a blank page beneath.
Has anyone every came across this problem before?

I've had it in Internet Explorer but been able to login normally by using Firefox instead

The main browsers for pagescope, in my experience, rank, 1. Firefox (seems to work all the time), 2. Internet Explorer (works maybe half the time), 3. Google Chrome (rarely works)

If it's a older MFP (350 time frame) it may need a firmware update, if it's a newer MFP (C650/652) try running IE in compatibility mode. And BTW updating firmware is never a bad idea. Emujo
