    Bizhub 163 is not printing

    I have a problem with Konica Minolta Bizhub 163.
    The machine is like a new with very few copies, but have a serious issue.
    I firstly configure the IP address, but have no ping.
    Then I plug it to USB and tried to install through installer.
    Installation completed correctly.
    I tried to print a test page, but nothing happened, it was still in queue.
    On display there was no information, it was ready.
    Copying is working.

    I tried it install on Win XP PC and Win 7 32-bit PC.
    Please, have you any ideas or suggestions what can cause it and where can be a problem?

      What's the history of the machine? Is it a lease return or something? Could be that somebody messed up with the additional IC-206 controller and/or NIC interface NC-503.

      This machine comes standard with a GDI interface with USB only. To install the above mentioned controller and NIC it needs special setup.

          It's probably lease return.
          It have only 3000 copies overall and look very good.

          I've installed always PCI drivers.

          Which special setup is needed?
          Can you describe it?
          I have all service manuals for it.
