Density of Konica C500 too difficult between 100% and 90%

Hi all,

My konica C500 print D 100 % and 90% too difficult , with 100% density is ok, but with 90% it look like 40%, I changed new Developer, Drum, and colona charge, I used ione eye to calibration.

Please see image attach and give me an idea??

Hi,
Could be a number of things.
Firstly it could be bad calibration data. In the calibration screen click on "restore device". This will remove the stored calibration data. Reprint the test page after this to see if the black channel is now printing linear. If it does then try re-calibration and see if the issue returns.

You cleared all the counters and ran all the adjustments?
