KM Bizhub C500 - Proccesing unit couldn't pull out

Hi.





I have an issue with processing unit. Exits halfway and do not want to go further. It was as if something was blocking it at the lower right of the guide. What could it be?

Which sensor? In another after I power off machine, i pull it out without any sensors?

Probably sensor,not getting activated...

Hope the waste toner is not cake inside the cleaning blade that will make the processing unit to hooked inside the machine
