First problem we have faced is the copied paper have lines along the page we solved the problem by repeat the sequences of installing the machine but during solving the problem our engineer doing the following process :1-service mode2-system 13- initialization clear all datathen the user box switch not worked when we press it the LCD does not changed and we can not to make any scan with any original.

You need to turn the hard drive back on.

Yes we have turned on the hard drive as:
1-service mode
2-system 2
3-HDD was uninstalled
then make HDD install and machine worked scanner well.
