Been having an issue lately with the black IU's spitting far too much toner and causing contamination on all prints. This is a known issue (and is mentioned a few times on the forum). Bulletin 7461.
I have the locking plate mod (A00JP33100) for the black IU installed on all machines.
Still, this seems to be happening far too often.
I am pretty sure this is due to the terminals on the back of the IU not contacting correctly.
Any tips? I have considered maybe some type of electrical grease...?
