    [Jamming] C451 Not feeding thick paper

    I bought a used C451 for the purpose of printing Calendars and Book covers on Art board 250 - 300 gsm. To my dismay, the printer cannot even feed a single sheet of Art board from its bypass tray or any tray. Paper jams immediately it tries to pick or shortly after pickup. It displays misfeed.
    Anything I can do?

      -from cassette 256g, (select thick3)
      -from bypass 300g, (select thick4)

      clean the picku-up roller, or replace... 3 rollers, pickup/transport/separation... and clean the oneway clutch!

          Tech bulletin 6910 describes some mods to be done to improve thick paper feeding in the bypass tray
