Konica 7155 (HP9055) Drawer 1 and 2 not lifting.

Hi there:

I'm not familiar with these machines at all. Just wondering if anyone could help me out. Drawers 1 and 2 of the Konica 7155 are not lifting at all. The paper deck and drawer 3 are ok. Thanks.

They could be locked out in service mode because of lift failure.
I don't remember the codes but this kicked my ass once.
Check 25 mode.

check 47 mode main23 multi 1,2 pull out tray does motor lift up

if not you need to check motor / connector / pcb.

nmfaxman is probably correct with this one. Had a refurbed 7165 go out after extensive testing. After delivery same fault. Must of been a spike. Turned out to be switched off.

If they are grayed out go to 25 mode ,sw settings, dip switch 18-1 thru 9 should all be zeros if the trays gray out again then there is a lift problem, good luck
